Deer day off

Took deer day off, girls off school. Piano for Gwyneth, Now lunch at Ihop. Grace at home with friend Brianna.

Recharge

Girls rang bells and sang at church, very nice. Now settled in to relaxing Sunday. Batteries getting recharged this weekend.

Holiday Travel

Safe and happy thanksgiving to all. Saw travel delays earlier. Philly airport: 140 minute delay in flights. Longest and busiest travel day.

busy, fun, family Saturday. Now PSU - M State for Land Grant Trophy. Off to Cedar Crest MS play tonight.

TGIF. What a 'new moon' week, each day unique and challenging. Good dinner at Lebanon's Mongolian BBQ. Awesome spicey fresh made bowl.

Challenging day, almost went Luddite. Grace and I had fun while Gwyenth at dance. Thursday TV, Community is a hoot, 30 Rock, ah laughs.

Monday thoughts

Monday done as November marches on. Oprah has cable channel now? Al Bundy was ahead of his time, it is the Oprafication of America!


Update: It's Friday, 11/20, and the "news" is official. Oprah will leave her daytime talk-show in 2011. What will America do?

Have no fear, the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), can fill its time with new Oprah shows. Reruns of prior shows. Other time can be filled by Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz, et. al.

Wonder if she'll let James Frey, of a Million Little Pieces, have his own show? 24 hours is tough to fill.

Sunday afternoon

Settled in to Ravens-Bengals early game after Sunday School and Pucillo's Pizza for lunch. Girls playing with friend till Cherub at 4pm.

Problems with caramel

I have fallen off the wagon. Wertz caramel candies. Braces off. Can't stop. Is there a 12 step? Or do I need mouth wired again?

First day, no baseball

105 days to pitchers and catchers (thanks Bruce). Phineas and Ferb. Pecan and Cashew dark turtles from Wertz. Post season no braces night.

Congrats

Congrats to Yankees. Two teams played with intensity and class. Thanks Phils for great season, wild ride! We'll get title 3 in '10.

Tuesday evening

Off night for WS, sleep early. Final countdown for braces, off at 730am. Will have to post before and after pix sometime.

Weekend Summary

Busy awesome weekend with family. Youngest greeted us this morning with Happy November after See you next month last night. Priceless.
